Return period
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You may also notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. After announcing your return, you must send the item(s) back as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days of your notification.
Handling exchanges for a different size
We will send you a different size (if in stock) within 4 working days of receiving your return. As soon as the item(s) in the new size are on their way, you will receive the tracking code for the shipment by email.
Handling refunds
We will reimburse all payments to us, including any delivery costs for your order if you return your complete order. If you only return part of your order, we will not reimburse the delivery costs of your order. We will wait to issue the refund until we have received the return. You will receive an email once we have refunded the money. We generally process returns within a few working days, but in any case within 14 days of receipt. For the refund, we use the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.

Other countries: €7.50
Please note: check the carrier for the return shipment on the return label. This may differ from the original shipment.
