EXCHANGE AND RETURNS
Buy a return label easily and cheaply
Orders from the Netherlands
1. Check the shipping label on the package. If it says 'Letterbox package+' in large letters, follow 2. If it doesn't, follow 3. If you received a Standard Package from us, you can't buy a return label for a Letterbox package+ from us and vice versa.

What is the difference between a Letterbox Package+ and a Standard Package?
A Letterbox package+ may be max. 28 x 26.5 x 3.2 cm. This means that it is only possible to send 1 or 2 T-shirts as a Letterbox package+. It is not mandatory to purchase a return label from us.

Return period
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You may also notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. After announcing your return, you must return the item(s) as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days of your notification. You will bear the direct costs for returning. You can purchase a return label from us at a reduced rate. Read above how this works.
Returns handling
We will refund all payments made to us, including any shipping costs for the delivery of your order, if you return your entire order. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs for the delivery of your order. We will wait with the refund until we have received the return shipment. Once we have refunded the money, you will receive an email. We usually process returns within a few working days, but in any case within 14 days of receipt. For the refund, we use the same payment method that you used, unless you agree to a different method.
Too small or too big? No problem!
If it turns out that the item you ordered is too small or too big, we will send you a different size within 4 working days of receiving your return shipment, if in stock! All you have to do is note which size you wish to receive on the enclosed return form. As soon as the item(s) in the new size are on their way, you will receive the tracking code of the shipment by email. You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return shipment.
Exchange for another item
Would you like to exchange the ordered item for another item from our webshop? Then return your purchase according to the instructions on the enclosed return form. You can place a new order yourself for the item you wish to receive.
