If you use our return label, we will deduct the following costs from the amount to be refunded:
Netherlands: €6.50
Other countries: €7.50
Please note: check the carrier for the return shipment on the return label. This may differ from the outbound shipment.
Returning the item by your own means is also permitted. You can find our return address at the bottom of this page.
Return period
You may return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. You may also notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to return your purchase. After notifying us of your return, you must return the item(s) as soon as possible, but at least within 14 days of your notification.
Exchanging for a different size
We will send you a different size (if available) within 4 working days of receiving your return. As soon as the item(s) in the new size are on their way, you will receive the tracking code for the shipment by email.
Refund processing
We will refund all payments made to us, including any shipping costs for the delivery of your order if you return your complete order. If you only return part of your order, we will not refund the shipping costs for the delivery of your order. We will wait to refund your money until we have received the return shipment. You will receive an email once we have refunded the money. We usually process returns within a few working days, but in any case within 14 days of receipt. For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used, unless you agree to a different method.
